Ticket Delivery

Orders for 1-9 tickets will be sent electronically, via an E-ticket (email) that will include all booking information. You will need to print and bring your E-ticket with you to the event to be scanned and exchanged for wristbands, which will allow access to the event.

Group orders for 10 or more people received before 30th April 2012 will receive wristbands via 2nd class Signed-For delivery, during the week commencing 30th April 2012.

For all group orders received between 30th April and 25th May 2012, your wristbands will be posted immediately by 2nd class Signed-For delivery.

If you have not received your wristbands or E-ticket by 29th May, please contact us on 01825 748881 or info@essentialeventmanagement.com.  Please provide your full name, postcode and the order number you received in your email confirmation.

If it becomes impractical to post wristbands out due to the proximity of an event (usually less than 7 working days within the UK, less than 10 days for Europe), or for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. We will notify you by email or phone if this becomes necessary.
