Food Avenue

2012 will see the Food Avenue return with a twist.  All your favourite caterers will be there, selling their delicious hot and cold snacks as before.  But the Food Avenue is going to feel more like a street party, as we celebrate Her Majesty the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee!  We’ll tell you more about our plans in the coming months.

Oasis Tea Tent

You clearly loved the Tea Tent’s 2011 location, behind the House on the Lawn, so we’ll be putting it back there in 2012.  The usual array of sumptuous afternoon tea treats will be available for you to enjoy, as well as an expanded stage line-up.  For a more reflective, relaxed Big Church experience, you know where to come.

The CAP Coffee Bar returns

We thought that you might like a coffee bar near the Main Stage for BCDO 2011.  You didn’t like it – you LOVED it!  So much so, that we’re looking at how we can make it even faster and funkier in 2012.  One thing we do know is that you’ll be able to get a great coffee at a reasonable price, without missing anything on the Main Stage.

Prefer to bring your own picnic to BCDO?  That’s totally fine; please feel free to bring a hamper and spread out your picnic rug!

Just one thing – we can’t allow any BBQs on site as a result of fire regulations, so please leave them at home.
