Make a weekend of it at the Big Camp!
Grab a two-day event ticket and bring the weekend alive by staying with us at the Big Camp. We’ll have showers, toilets, hand-wash facilities and food on sale for you, so all you need is a tent. In fact, you can event rent your tent from us! What could be easier?
You can camp Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights- £5 per person per night (or £2.50 pp per night with a weekend ticket-not available on the gate).
The campsite opens on Friday 1st June at 1pm.
The campsite car park opens for Saturday and Sunday night guests at 10am.
The campsite closes at 11am on Monday 4th June.
We welcome camper vans and caravans, and, if you are bringing one, you will need to buy a campsite ticket per person per night – please tick the box when you book your tickets, so that we have an idea of numbers.
New at Big Camp for 2012:
- We’ll be adding extra toilets, as well as some hand-wash stations throughout the site, plus more lighting
- Caterers will be on site to offer you hearty breakfasts and you’ll also be able to buy a comforting evening snack and hot drink, too
- Motorhomes and caravans will be able to pitch much closer to friends in tents
Getting here by public transport
Those of you who like to use the train loved our Big Shuttle Bus to and from Shoreham-by-Sea station. The good news is that the Big Shuttle Bus will be back in 2012, with an expanded service. More details to follow soon on our travel page…
Volunteers’ camp
Those of you who volunteer with us will be able to enjoy a totally separate camping area, well away from the public camp site. We know that you need a good night’s rest and we want you fresh as a daisy in the morning!
Rent-a-Tent is back!
Don’t have your own tent? Want to avoid the hassle of setting up and taking down? Then Rent-a-Tent is for you! Arrive on site to find your lovely 4-man tent already set up; even your mattresses will be inflated for you.
Rent-a-tent – Weekend price (includes Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights) £90.00
Price includes one 4-person tent for 3 nights, and 2 double air-beds. You must also pay £5 per person per night camping charge.
You’ll need to get in quickly once the Rent-a-Tents go on sale; we only have a limited number and they sold out last year in no time!
